Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Training Specialist to represent SMEG, educating retail associates on SMEG products and delivering brand training in-store. You will travel within a 30-mile radius, maintaining visual standards and product knowledge across select retailers.

This role offers a low-commitment, high-impact schedule with weekly pay, paid training, drive time compensation, and opportunities for growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred
• A kitchen gadget enthusiast who values both performance and aesthetics
• Confident communicator with strong presentation and training skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment
• Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
• Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk and/or hear
• Always lift and carry items up to 10 pounds into the store
• Frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation

Responsibilities

• Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line
• Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats
• Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards
• Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor
