Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Training Specialist to represent SMEG in select U.S. retail locations. You will educate sales associates on SMEG's premium product lineup, share updates on new features, and help maintain polished brand presentation during in-store visits.

Expect to participate in weekend demonstrations during the holiday season and travel up to 30 miles for scheduled trainings. Paid training, mileage reimbursement, and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred.
• Kitchen gadget enthusiast with a passion for performance and aesthetics.
• Confident communicator with presentation and training skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate retail store associates on the SMEG brand and product line.
• Deliver product training in 1-on-1 and small group formats.
• Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor.
