Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Training Specialist to educate retail associates on SMEG, the iconic Italian brand known for premium kitchen appliances. You will visit select specialty retailers 1–2 times per month to deliver product updates and ensure displays meet visual standards.

The role requires travel within a 30-mile radius, 2–10 hours per week, and a passion for design and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail, sales, marketing, or training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate retail store associates on the Smeg brand and product line.
• Deliver product training in both 1-on-1 and small group formats.
• Ensure displays are functional, clean, and visually aligned with brand standards.
• Travel within your assigned territory (up to 30 miles) for scheduled training visits.
• Provide feedback and insights from the field to your supervisor.
