Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required or preferred.
• Experience in custodial/maintenance roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate with residents and supervisors.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties: sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, light bulb replacement, window cleaning.
• Reports supplies to Supervisor.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Operates new equipment safely after training.
• Maintains friendly, professional attitude.
• Keeps cleaning supplies stocked for assigned areas.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies to Supervisor.
• Follows security procedures at all times.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Cleans restrooms and restocks dispensers as needed.
• Navigates the property efficiently to meet job needs.
