Job summary

FirstService Residential in Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Housekeeper/Janitor to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks across interior and exterior areas, reporting to the Supervisor. You will inspect work, submit reports, and follow safety procedures to maintain high standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 6am–2:30pm with Saturdays and Sundays off. The position is full-time with comprehensive benefits, including medical plans, dental, vision, time off, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties: sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, trash disposal.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies and safety issues.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines and safety procedures.
• Inspects areas daily and reports discrepancies; ensures security procedures are followed.
• Completes daily work orders and maintains equipment in good condition.
