Job summary

FirstService Residential in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Janitor to perform cleaning and light maintenance across indoor and outdoor areas. You will inspect work, report discrepancies, and follow safety procedures while delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom upkeep, stocking supplies, and operating equipment safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning/maintenance duties: sweeping, mopping, shampooing, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
• Informs Supervisor of needed supplies.
• Maintains cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Operates new equipment safely and follows safety procedures.
