Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality and valet services at our locations. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide information about local attractions and amenities.

The role emphasizes friendly interaction, accuracy with tickets and keys, and safe vehicle handling. Schedule varies with hotel business volumes, including morning/afternoon/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and assist with luggage when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures, manage keys and claim checks, and record ticket information.
• Support guests with bell services and luggage storage as required.
