Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality for guests arriving and departing locations. You will park and retrieve vehicles in a prompt, safe manner and assist guests with luggage as needed, while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor throughout each interaction.

The role supports various shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities, and includes benefits and a sign-on bonus program.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applying state or nearby commuting area.
• Work experience: 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of principles for providing customer and personal services.
• Skills include reading/writing English, basic arithmetic, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage handling and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Process tickets, collect keys, and handle revenue when required.
