Qualifications
- Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or home improvement industry (2 years preferred).
Responsibilities
- Measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
- Accurately cut and fit materials for a precise finish.
- Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on every installation.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners for a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
- Collaborate with production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections.
- Ensure timely completion of projects and report delays promptly.
- Represent Southern Industries Home Improvement professionally on site.
