Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvements is seeking an experienced Installer in Georgia to join our on-site team. The role focuses on siding, windows, doors, roofs, and gutters with a strong emphasis on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, fitting materials, and coordinating with production staff to ensure timely project completion. This position offers a high volume of work and commission-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in installing siding or home renovation work (min 2 years preferred).
• FEIN required; without FEIN, W-2 position may fit instead.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs, work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
• Work independently and solve problems on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials for a precise finish.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail on installations.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners for a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment on job sites.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections with production staff.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and report issues promptly.
• Represent Southern Industries professionally on site.
