Job summary

Southern Industries Home Improvement is seeking an Experienced Installer to join our Knoxville team. You will professionally measure, fit materials, and install windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or siding, delivering quality craftsmanship on every project.

This W2 position includes a comprehensive benefits package, a high-volume workload year-round, and support from a professional production team. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in installing windows, doors, roofs, gutters, or home improvement projects.
Driver's license is required.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., work at heights, climb ladders, and perform physical labor.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot on job sites.
Background checks and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

Professionally measure according to manufacturer guidelines and company standards.
Accurately measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, precise finish.
Demonstrate craftsmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment on every jobsite.
Collaborate with our production staff to coordinate materials, scheduling, and inspections.
Ensure timely completion of projects and report any issues or delays promptly.
Represent Southern Industries in a professional manner while on site.
