Qualifications

• 2+ years of client-facing experience in customer success, account management, technical support, or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting, applicant tracking, workforce management, or HCM software.
• Ability to learn new products and processes quickly and adapt as Viventium + Apploi grows.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and workflow-related issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of high-value clients for Hire product.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each client’s organization and hiring priorities.
• Deliver a responsive, personalized, and consultative support experience.
• Conduct regular client touchpoints focused on usage and adoption opportunities.
• Proactively communicate product updates, best practices, and workflow recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve issues and improve client outcomes.
