Viventium is hiring a Sr. HCM Specialist, Facilities Sales to drive new client acquisition across the United States for Viventium + Apploi. You will build a strong pipeline, manage the full sales cycle, and close new logo clients in the Facilities space with a focus on high-quality client experiences.

The ideal candidate has a track record in healthcare/HCM or SaaS-based solutions and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition.
• Experience selling HCM, SaaS, healthcare technology, or related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage target Facilities providers across the U.S.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close for new clients.
• Conduct discovery, solution presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and booking targets.
