Towne Park is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality services in a fast-paced environment at Lake Buena Vista, FL. The role involves parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, delivering friendly service, and guiding guests with local information.

Responsibilities include greeting guests by name, handling tickets and keys, explaining rates, and maintaining safety and efficiency during arrival and departure processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license for the state or within a commutable distance.
• One month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Proficient in reading, writing and basic math.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and assist with parking and luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles and assist guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and manage ticketing and keys.
• Provide directions, assist with transportation needs, and convey information about local facilities and attractions.
