Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking a warm, engaging Concierge to be the heartbeat of our guest experience. You will greet guests, provide expert local recommendations, and arrange dining, theater, tours, and transport tailored to individual preferences.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of guest service experience in hospitality and familiarity with Opera PMS. Weekend/evening shifts may be required; professional certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or relevant work experience required.
• Minimum of one year guest service experience in hotel hospitality preferred.
• Experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.
• Concierge certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Offer detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Arrange dining, theater, tours, and transportation to guest preferences.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize services.
• Assist with childcare arrangements and other special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of lobby and concierge desk.
• Stay up to date with local activities and offerings to recommend.
