Job summary

The Syndicate in the United States is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator (CxC) to be the primary contact for our dealers and manufacturers. You will serve as the technical expert and problem-solver for premium firearm brands.

You will engage with manufacturers, dealers, and end-users, providing product knowledge, handling inquiries, and maintaining a professional, solution-focused communication style.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of firearms, optics, and accessories for premium brands.
• Proven success in customer relations or account coordination in dealer-based settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple lines and technical data with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated liaison between manufacturers, dealers, and end-users to resolve issues with a solution-first mindset.
• Provide expert-level information on product specifications, compatibility, and maintenance for high-end firearms and accessories.
• Track and manage dealer or end-user inquiries, shipping discrepancies, and warranty issues through to completion.
• Maintain the premium reputation of manufacturers and dealers through polished, timely communication.
