Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a Premium Server to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service to guests in an assigned station. You will greet guests, describe items, ensure alcohol service compliance, and use suggestive selling to enhance dining experiences.

The role requires 3+ years in fine dining, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain required food and ServSafe alcohol permits. Strong teamwork and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain valid food permit for the restaurant location and ServSafe alcohol permit.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation.
• Records food and beverage orders and enters them into the computer system.
• Monitors order status and transports meals from kitchen to guest.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
• Performs daily cleaning and station setup/breakdown as assigned.
• Supports guest service excellence and ensures a pleasant dining experience.
