Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Premium Server for a fine dining setting at Big Cedar Lodge. You will greet guests, take and up-sell orders, and ensure accurate service while maintaining a welcoming, knowledgeable atmosphere.

Responsibilities include alcohol service verification, menu guidance, teamwork with staff, and keeping the dining area clean and efficient to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Certificate(s) or License(s): ServSafe alcohol permit
• Years of experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining.
• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and courteously in assigned workstation.
• Verifies guest's ability to legally purchase and consume alcohol; prevents overindulgence.
• Records food and beverage orders; enters orders into computer system; monitors status of orders.
• Performs daily cleaning and station setup/breakdown; supports overall service flow.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue.
