Bass Pro Shops at Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, MO is seeking a Premium Server to provide courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You will greet guests, describe menu offerings, and ensure a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of food and beverages, allergens, wine pairings, and responsible alcohol service. You will also handle orders, payments, and maintain station cleanliness throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly and courteously in the assigned workstation
• Records food and beverage orders and enters them into the computer system
• Monitors order status and delivers orders from kitchen to guest
• Handles guest payments and ensures accuracy of checks
• Performs daily cleaning and station set-up/break-down
• Supports tip declaration activities and assists indirectly tipped staff
