Bass Pro Shops is seeking a bartender at the Ridgedale, MO location (Big Cedar Lodge). You will craft beverages, engage guests, and maintain a clean, organized bar while adhering to safety and alcohol service standards.

You should be comfortable in a fast-paced setting, manage inventory, and cooperate with servers and management to ensure a smooth guest experience. Prior experience is not required, but a strong hospitality mindset matters.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic & modern cocktails.
• Ability to engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations in a fast-paced bar.
• Strong customer service and hospitality, with multitasking and time management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests, take orders and provide recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area; wash glassware and sanitize surfaces.
• Manage inventory by restocking supplies and reducing waste.
• Process payments accurately using a POS system.
• Follow alcohol service regulations and Bass Pro policies.
• Collaborate with servers, barbacks and management for smooth operations.
• Create a welcoming and energetic bar environment with professionalism.
