Job summary

Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Premium F&B Operations Catering Manager to lead the premium catering outlets and events, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will supervise catering staff, coordinate with clients and the Culinary Department, and drive profitability across premium F&B offerings. The role reports to the Director, Premium F&B Operations and requires 5–7 years in F&B management within entertainment venues or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of Food & Beverage management experience in entertainment or hospitality settings.
• Proficiency with POS, purchasing and inventory systems.
• Experience managing budgets and resource allocations.
• Experience with catering software: Caterease, Triple Seat, Delphi, or similar programs.
• Strong communication skills across levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for supervisory and frontline catering staff to ensure consistent guest experiences.
• Track sales trends and adjust to maximize catering profitability.
• Coordinate daily labor, schedule staffing, and manage breaks for seamless service.
• Maintain inventory of food, beverages, and disposables; monitor costs and waste.
• Recruit, hire, and develop supervisors and frontline staff; provide ongoing feedback and training.
• Conduct DOH guideline meetings and company-wide communications.
• Ensure compliance with appearance, safety, and service standards.
