• Experience planning high-touch, luxury or VIP events.
• Able to manage multiple moving parts and timelines.
• Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship skills.
• Proven track record delivering events on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of every Founders School event—info sessions, parent events, mentor visits, and Founders Weekends.
• Source and manage venues, catering, AV, transportation, and other vendors; hold them to high standards.
• Oversee guest experience from invitations to seating and welcome flows.
• Create a repeatable event playbook with checklists, timelines, and vendor lists.
• Coordinate with enrollment, school heads, and marketing to align events with relationships and outcomes.
• Be on-site during events to solve issues in real time and ensure flawless execution.
