Job summary

LuxExperience in New York seeks an experienced Events Associate to plan and execute high-touch client events across the US, with a focus on luxury markets. You will coordinate venues, vendors, catering, transportation, gifting, and on-site production while partnering with Marketing, Personal Shopping and Events teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in events or luxury hospitality, exceptional organization, and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in events, luxury hospitality, fashion, retail, or related field.
• Experience coordinating premium or luxury events and client experiences preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; manage multiple events.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-touch client events and experiences across the US, focusing on key luxury markets.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, transport, gifting, production and on-site execution.
• Partner with Events Manager, Personal Shopping, Marketing to align events with engagement and commercial objectives.
• Manage event timelines, guest lists, RSVPs and communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, venues and partners.
• Support budgets, track expenses and process invoices within approved budgets.
• Provide hands-on, on-site support before, during and after events.
• Assist with VIP and EIP client experiences reflecting luxury service standards.
• Track results, attendance and feedback, supporting post-event reporting.
• Stay informed on luxury, fashion, hospitality and cultural trends across markets.
• Travel as required to support events and client experiences.
