Job summary

THE·TEAM in New York is seeking a driven events lead to produce and oversee strategy-to-completion of luxury events, enhancing visibility in the marketplace.

You will lead workstreams under senior leadership, deliver polished client materials, manage budgets and on-site execution, and build strong partner relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in high-end events, a hospitality-related degree, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach; travel and fast-paced environments are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end event management, hospitality, and/or corporate events.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as an event planner with a strong portfolio.
• Self-starter with excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy through execution of high-end events and hospitality projects.
• Develop client deliverables and decision-ready materials.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and on-site logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.
• Provide post-event ROI reports and stakeholder updates.
