Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking an experienced Event Manager for our Schools Business Unit. You will own planning and execution of recurring events across internal and external groups, from venue sourcing to on-site delivery, while partnering with school leadership.

You will build a flagship conference, create repeatable playbooks for events, and manage a growing events portfolio with independence and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Must be available to attend Ensemble Off-Site Oct 19–21, 2026.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in event planning.
• Experience planning conferences and events in a remote, fast-scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the Music School Owners Conference end to end.
• Own All-Company Offsite planning including venue, travel, lodging, budget, and vendors.
• Lead M&A / CDM Webinars cadence and speaker prep with the CDM team.
• Run Department Offsites with repeatable playbooks and logistics templates.
