Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Server to deliver attentive food and beverage service in a fast-paced event environment. You will partner with event staff and bartenders to ensure prompt delivery, correct presentation, and guest satisfaction. This part-time role pays an hourly rate of $2.50–$3.00 and is tip eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume food service preferred.
• Must have a HS diploma or GED or related food service experience.
• Require Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Team-oriented, fast-paced event environment capable.
• Clear, professional communication with staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of menu and specials.
• Provide quick, attentive, friendly service and clear communication.
• Serve items at proper temperatures as directed by kitchen.
• Ensure neat presentation with no spillover.
• Pre-bus and bus tables during peak periods.
• Be available to work peak periods.
• Stock beverage stations (ice, juice, glassware, sugar, etc.).
• Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain appearance.
• Coordinate with wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen for smooth service.
• Learn bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately.
