Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Food handlers card and alcohol awareness certifications must be obtained.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven setting.
• Clear, respectful communication with guests and staff is essential.
• Ability to move, lift, and carry heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of the menu and special items.
• Provide quick, attentive, friendly, and professional service to banquet guests.
• Ensure food items are served at proper temperature.
• Ensure neat presentation of items.
• Pre-bus and buss tables during peak periods.
• Be available to work during peak periods.
• Stock beverage stations as needed.
• Maintain a professional and clean appearance.
• Coordinate with wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a great dining experience.
• Learn bar offerings to answer patron questions accurately.
