Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Present menus, explain items, features, and beverages, and make recommendations.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs by monitoring tables and providing timely service.
• Respond to questions and concerns, escalating to management when needed.
• Process payments accurately and thank guests for their visit.
• Prepare dining areas, set tables, and stock stations.
• Coordinate with Hosts, Bartenders, and Culinary team for seamless service.
• Maintain clean service stations and complete opening/closing tasks.
• Assist with private dining events and special functions as assigned.
• Comply with food safety and alcohol service policies.
