Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional guest service in a dynamic environment. The role pays an hourly rate of $8.25 and is tip eligible, with full-time benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, matching, and paid time off.

Experience in a restaurant/casino setting is preferred, with the ability to work fast-paced events and communicate clearly with guests and staff. A Gaming Commission license is required before starting work and renewal as mandated.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant/casino environment.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume food court, casual, buffet, and/or nightclub in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate with team members, management staff, and guests clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• All employees must obtain a valid gaming license from the Gaming Commission prior to beginning work and renew as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of the menu and updates; communicate changes to guests and staff.
• Keep a clean and presentable work area.
• Deliver high level of guest service.
• Work events with varied schedules and strong attendance.
• Provide drinks, napkins, condiments, and other items per guest requests.
• Keep tables/sections clean and well maintained.
• Complete opening/closing side work per supervisor directions.
• Communicate positively with guests and team.
