Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking Premium Bartenders to deliver exceptional service in premium hospitality areas during Allen event stadiums and North Carolina venues. This seasonal/part-time role requires 1+ year bartending experience and TIPs/TEAM certification, with a focus on upscale VIP service.

You’ll set up and break down bars, greet guests, manage inventory, and work well in a fast-paced team. Live within or near Durham, NC, and be prepared to support home game events.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• TIPs/TEAM certified (will accept Team certification or will provide training).
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for pre & post bar set-up/breakdown, including icing down products.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communicate with bar back during events to assist replenishment.
• Record closing inventory and clean bar after closing.
• Follow federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
