Proof of the Pudding, an award-winning catering company operating at DUKE University venues in Durham, NC, is seeking Concessions Bartenders for athletic events. This seasonal/part-time role offers competitive pay and on-the-job training at a premier stadium setting.

Responsibilities include bar setup and breakdown, timely service, guest greetings, inventory control, and strict adherence to alcohol policies. Opportunities for advancement exist with a flexible schedule outside home game days.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of bartending experience
• Must be TIPs/TEAM certified (will accept Team certification or will provide training).
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.

Mansioni

• Responsible for pre & post bar set-up/breakdown responsibilities.
• Sets bar up in a timely manner, including icing down product.
• Communicates with bar back personnel during the event to assist with replenishment.
• Greets guests and provides exceptional customer service.
• Attentive to guests needs throughout the event.
• Cleans bar after closing, discards excess ice.
• Record closing inventory.
• Put away all inventory as directed.
• Follows all alcohol policies.
• Performs other related duties as required.
