Proof of the Pudding, a premier catering company operating at Comerica Center in Frisco, TX, seeks Premium Bartenders to deliver top-tier service in premium hospitality areas during Comerica Center events.

This seasonal/part-time role requires 1+ years of bartending experience, a high standard of customer service, and TIPs/TEAM certification. Knowledge of upscale VIP service styles is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• TIPs/TEAM certification required or certification provided.
• Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and break down bar before and after events.
• Prepare bar setup, including icing down products.
• Coordinate with bar back for replenishments during shifts.
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Attend to guests’ needs throughout events.
• Clean bar after closing and discard excess ice.
• Record closing inventory and store inventory as directed.
• Follow all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
