Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking Premium Captains to lead on-site at events, primarily for Wake Forest home football games and related athletic events in Winston-Salem, NC. This is seasonal/part-time work with competitive pay and on-the-job training.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year bartending experience, knowledge of upscale VIP service styles, and TIPs/TEAM certification (training provided if needed). Must be within 25 miles of Wake Forest campus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of bartending experience.
• TIPs/TEAM certification required or provided training.

Responsibilities

• Lead in your food service area and act as a point of contact for guests and clients.
• Set tables and buffets accurately according to diagrams or samples.
• Manage time to ensure all BEO items are completed before service times.
• Delegate tasks to team members based on roles and strengths.
• Oversee the event team and buffet stations, including decor and service logistics.
• Serve and clear food and beverages using proper techniques and maintain cleanliness.
