7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Part-Time) to support the Store Manager in a luxury denim environment in Las Vegas. You will drive sales, coach associates, and ensure store standards while working weekends and evenings.

You will also assist with training, scheduling, payroll, and maintaining brand standards, policies, and procedures. The role emphasizes leadership, customer engagement, and teamwork to meet store goals in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach staff to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and driving individual performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide styling and wardrobe planning.
• Set the standard for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships and generate sales through outreach and service.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating associates to maximize productivity.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with leadership and policy execution.
• Assist with payroll to ensure proper coverage within guidelines.
• Communicate directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to the team.
• Represent the brand in interactions with customers and peers, maintaining store culture.
• Assist with loss prevention and inventories to protect store assets.
