Job summary

7 For All Mankind is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Las Vegas to assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, driving sales, delivering premium customer experiences, and guiding the team. You will help recruit, train, and supervise staff while upholding brand standards and policies.

The role requires a strong leader with marketing awareness, a focus on sales goals, and the ability to work weekends and nights in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the overall store success by ensuring store sales goals are met while also achieving individual sales goals.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
• Sets the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Builds client relationships and drives store sales through client outreach.
• Assists with training, coaching, developing and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
• Supports and leads the store team and communicates brand culture, store operations and policies.
