7 For All Mankind in Livermore, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager with daily store operations, sales, customer service, recruiting, training, profits, and standards maintenance.

The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and upholding brand standards while working weekends and evenings as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through styling and wardrobing.
• Set the example for customer engagement beyond industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to maximize productivity.
• Assist Store Manager and provide store operations guidance and policy adherence.
• Help manage payroll and staffing coverage according to business needs.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with store leadership on employee relations and development goals.
• Represent the brand and ensure team embodies brand in customer interactions.
• Support loss prevention and contribute to audits and inventories.
