7 For All Mankind, a leader in premium denim, is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Part-Time) to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In this role you will coach associates, maintain store standards, assist with payroll, and help implement company policies while representing the brand in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in luxury retail
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to coach and develop staff

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and driving customer engagement.
• Style and wardrobe guidance to tailor experiences to customer needs.
• Lead by example in customer engagement and brand representation.
• Assist with training, coaching and motivating associates for productivity.
