7 For All Mankind is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to assist in daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a sales team. You will lead by example in delivering premium customer experiences, styling customers, and ensuring brand standards are met.

The role requires weekend and evening availability and the ability to train and motivate staff. You will work closely with the Store Manager to meet performance goals, manage payroll within guidelines, and maintain high standards of customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience
• Proven ability to lead and train a team
• Comfort with achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store sales goals and individual targets.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and styles customers to drive sales.
• Sets an example for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Builds client relationships and drives store sales through outreach.
• Assists in training and developing associates to maximize productivity.
• Supports Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations and policies.
• Manages payroll and coverage based on business needs.
• Coordinates with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing for timely deliverables.
• Communicates with management on employee relations and development goals.
• Represents the brand in all customer and peer interactions.
• Ensures Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed.
