Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service experience and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations to drive sales and maintain store standards.
• Lead and coach store staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop client relationships and build store traffic through outreach.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure loss prevention policies are followed and inventory controls are maintained.
