Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Service role, ideally handling in-bound enquiries.
• Experience in the hire or construction industry would be advantageous.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.

• Strong initiative and decision-making aligned with company policies and pricing structures.

Responsibilities
