Job description

Description

Chassis Master is part of the Collision Partners Group ("CP") and is building a premier, quality-first collision-repair platform by partnering with best-in-class independent operators who share an uncompromising commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and people. We operate under a "Local at Scale" philosophy: preserving the legacy, reputation, and culture of exceptional local businesses while providing the standards, infrastructure, and support required to deliver consistently excellent repairs. At CP, quality is not a differentiator - it is the requirement.

Successful team members at Chassis Master are owner-minded, disciplined, and accountable, with high standards for quality and preparation. We value clear communication, low-ego collaboration, and doing things the right way - even when it's harder.

We offer:

  • A quality-driven, people-first organization
  • Competitive compensation
  • Exposure to high-end and specialty vehicles
  • Investment in modern facilities, equipment, and training
  • Long-term career development within a growing platform

If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering uncompromised repairs, we invite you to join Chassis Master and be part of a team committed to doing things the right way.

Chassis Master is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an OEM-certified luxury collision repair facility, we believe every customer interaction should reflect the same precision and craftsmanship that goes into every repair. Our Customer Service Representatives are the first and last impression of our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering a truly white-glove customer experience. If you're organized, compassionate, detail-oriented, comfortable navigating difficult conversations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Pay: $22.00-25.00/hour +
