Qualifications

• 1+ years of consumer collections experience required.
• Able to meet production goals in a results-driven environment.
• Knowledge of FDCPA basics and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate resolutions without a script on consumer accounts.
• Close payment arrangements while meeting production goals.
• Operate in a compliant FDCPA/Reg F environment.
