Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a Seasonal Premium Club Supervisor at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. You will ensure hospitality operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Role requires 1 year hospitality and supervisory experience, strong guest service skills, and the ability to manage staff and tasks in a fast-paced arena environment. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year previous hospitality and supervisory experience required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Superior organization and guest service skills are required.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
• Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and in conducting counseling sessions.
• Assist managers in staffing to match budget and volume goals.
• Inspect assigned area to monitor staff and guest needs; lead volunteers and hourly staff.
• Ensure venue is stocked with products and supplies for service.
• Collaborate with management on operational deficiencies and areas needing attention.
• Greet guests professionally and treat each person with respect.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Premium Club Supervisors to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Premium Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

Pay

$18.75 – $18.75 / hour

What will you do?

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting associate counseling sessions including verbal and written corrective action reports.
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume.
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.Lead volunteer and hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties.
• Ensure venue is adequately stocked with all product and supplies needed for service.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention.
• Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

More about you

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to work weekend nights and occasional weekday nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of 1 year previous hospitality and supervisory experience required.
• Superior organization and guest service skills are required.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
• Basic computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time.
• Possible exposure to high volume of noise.
