Levy Restaurants at American Airlines Center is seeking a guest-focused Premium Server for event-based, part-time work in the Yuengling Flight Club. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, follow alcohol service guidelines, and maintain knowledge of menu items to answer questions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Proven customer service skills in hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, professional food and beverage service.
• Take beverage orders and ensure compliant alcohol service.
• Enter orders in the POS and process guest payments.
• Maintain knowledge of buffet offerings and dietary concerns.
• Set up dining sections and restock server stations.
• Ensure clean, organized dining areas and assist with closing duties.
• Communicate with managers and staff to ensure seamless service.
