Levy Restaurants at American Airlines Center is seeking a guest-focused Premium Server for event-based, part-time work in the Yuengling Flight Club. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, follow alcohol service guidelines, and maintain knowledge of menu items to answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Set up dining sections and restock server stations.
• Ensure clean, organized dining areas and assist with closing duties.

Job Summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and guest‑focused event‑based part‑time Server to join our Premium Clubs team. This event‑based, part‑time role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in the Yuengling Flight Club, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium dining experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Take beverage orders while adhering to all TABC and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Accurately enter orders into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and process guest payments.
• Maintain knowledge of daily buffet offerings to answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and dietary or allergy concerns.
• Set up assigned dining sections with plates, glassware, utensils, and service supplies before each event.
• Maintain and restock server stations throughout service and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest‑ready while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist guests with venue information and provide directions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with managers, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Previous stadium, arena, entertainment venue, or fine dining experience is a plus.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the dining room during service.
