Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and guest-focused event-based part-time Server to join our Premium Clubs team. This role delivers exceptional food and beverage service in the Yuengling Flight Club, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium dining experience through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.

The position is ideal for individuals who love dynamic, high-energy events in Dallas and want to grow with a leading hospitality

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, clubs, or premium dining environments preferred.
• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Take beverage orders while adhering to all TABC and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process guest payments.
• Maintain knowledge of daily buffet offerings to answer questions regarding menu items, ingredients, and dietary or allergy concerns.
• Set up assigned dining sections with plates, glassware, utensils, and service supplies before each event.
• Maintain and restock server stations throughout service and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist guests with venue information and provide directions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with managers, culinary staff, and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, and move throughout the dining room during service.
