Qualifications

• Three years of hospitality management in a high-volume setting.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
• Financial management and budgeting accountability.
• Ability to analyze data and make independent decisions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee premium buffet service, concessions dining, bars, in-seat service, and events.
• Hire, lead, coach, and develop supervisors and staff.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Schedule and supervise club operations on event days.
• Coordinate with front- and back-of-house management for smooth events.
• Assist with menu rollouts and operational initiatives.
• Manage guest relations and uphold QA standards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations (alcohol service, OSHA, payroll, employment laws).
• Prepare monthly projections and maintain cash handling, inventory, and payroll systems.
