Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan, is seeking seasonal Club Attendants to ensure the smooth operation of luxury suites. Responsibilities include stocking, serving, and attending to guests’ needs, with emphasis on guest satisfaction and suite upkeep.

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel, full-service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment required.
• Previous experience as a club runner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the club and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival, including those ordered in advance of the event
• Anticipate guests’ needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
• Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
• Maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
• Obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
