Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit is seeking a seasonal Club Supervisor to oversee food service and hospitality operations and to deliver an exceptional guest experience during events. You will manage inventory and costs, help hire and train suite staff, set up club areas for each event, and enforce health and safety standards while working evenings and weekends.

This role requires at least 2 years in hospitality and a passion for service in a fast-paced arena

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality and high-volume dining experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and estimate food and beverage costs
• Help set up club area for service before each event
• Assist with the hiring, training, and development of suite team members
• Monitor food and beverage levels, place daily orders for additional products as needed
• Inspect dining, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Club Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while providing an exemplary guest experience.

Pay

$19.00 – $21.00 / hour
