Position: Executive Assistant/HR Designee
Reports to: General Manager
Location: SNHU Arena, Manchester, NH

Overview
The Executive Assistant/HR Designee provides high-level administrative support while overseeing key human resources functions for Legends Global’s operations at the SNHU Arena.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and office supplies.
- Assist with marketing‑related tasks and project support.
- Act as point of contact for customer service inquiries and vendor visits.
- Support event‑day operations and high‑volume periods.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations.
- Administer benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, FMLA, COBRA).
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
- Support performance management and salary administration.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and conduct exit interviews.
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
- Coordinate training for managers and employees.
- Prepare separation documents and track turnover trends.
- Investigate work‑place incidents and prepare insurance reports.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support overall HR and administrative operations and team coordination.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Assist with special projects and reporting.
- Proactively identify areas requiring additional support.
- Provide operational support during events.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative and/or HR experience preferred; internships and part‑time experience considered.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or office environments is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP and tools like Canva is a plus.
- Willingness to adopt new technologies and use office equipment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands
